Andy Griffith passed away today.
To many people my age, it's like losing a member of the family. One of those semi-distant cousins or uncles that you only see at reunions or funerals and that you look forward to visiting with for a few minutes or an afternoon. Reminiscing about the good ol' days and remember whens. Hoping you can coax him to sing at least one of those old hymns that rocked the church on Sunday mornings.

Aww. I remember watching "Mayberry RFD" with my uncles and aunts back home, not too long ago. And Ron Howard as "Opie", they looked so young! The situations were memorable unlike the reality shows nowadays. I don't understand them, which is why I rarely watch tv nowadays.
